WAY Congress Invitation
A scientific learning methodology that begins with the question "Who are you?" — transforming education through identity discovery, empathy, and future-ready competencies.
Education is undergoing a transformation at an unprecedented speed and depth. With the widespread adoption of digitalization and AI-driven technologies, the ways students learn are rapidly moving away from traditional models. This shift is not limited to the learning experience alone; the expectations of the workforce are also fundamentally changing.
Reports published by the World Economic Forum indicate that within the next five years, approximately 40% of the skills required for existing jobs will change. Skills such as empathy, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration are now considered core competencies. Meanwhile, research in neuroscience suggests that learning processes need to be re-evaluated.
As Doping Hafıza, we have supported the academic and social-emotional development of more than 5 million students over the past 15 years. To lead this transformation in education and equip students with the skills they will need in the future, we have developed a new learning methodology and curriculum. We called it "WAY Learning Method".
WAY stands for "Who Are You?" — It is designed to help students discover their identity, potential, roots, and cultural awareness while developing the essential future competencies they will need.

Core Framework
The 12 core focus areas that form the foundation of the WAY Learning Methodology.
Enables individuals to reflect on themselves, make sense of their emotions and thoughts, and discover their inner motivation to create meaningful life goals.
Helps individuals recognize their own emotions, understand the feelings of others, and develop healthy ways to express and regulate emotional responses.
Helps individuals make sense of "future" and time, enabling adaptation skills in the face of change and uncertainty.
Focuses on supporting psychological and emotional well-being by helping individuals cope with stress and maintain emotional balance.
Develops critical and analytical skills, producing alternative solutions. Transitions from passive recipients to active learners who question and interpret.
Helps individuals recognize the body-mind connection and understand how movement impacts emotions, attention, and self-regulation.
Discovers that language is a fundamental element in the process of producing meaning and building identity. Develops multicultural perspective.
Understanding the meaning of being part of a community, developing a sense of belonging, and adopting a culture of cooperation.
Develops inquiry and thinking skills regarding meaning, existence, values, and ethics. Supports responsible and intellectually grounded decisions.
Enables individuals to realize their relationship with nature, understand ecological systems, and develop a sustainable lifestyle.
Grasps the dynamics of creativity, develops artistic expression, and positions creativity as a way of thinking for problem-solving.
Helps individuals understand the relationship between technology and human life while developing digital literacy and AI awareness.
Implementation
A competency-based learning framework delivered one-on-one by Learning Architects — clinical psychologists or guidance counselors.
The WAY curriculum is a competency-based learning framework designed to equip students with future-ready skills through a strong focus on identity exploration. Within each of the 12 domains, thousands of age-appropriate activities have been developed.
When students enter the program, Learning Architects conduct a comprehensive analysis covering skills, interests, family background, social environment, and academic history. Based on this assessment, a personalized development plan is created. Progress is continuously monitored, and ongoing assessments ensure development is tracked and supported in a structured and adaptive manner.
Live Sessions
Watch real one-on-one sessions between Learning Architects and students across our 12 competency areas.
For the past three years, our Learning Architects have worked one-on-one with hundreds of thousands of students using the WAY learning methodology. The measurable improvements in students' competencies, the positive behavioral changes observed, and the encouraging feedback from parents led us to initiate a scientific study to validate the effectiveness of the WAY approach.
Scientific Validation
One of Türkiye's first experimental studies supported by neuroscience-based data in the field of education.
Students who participate in the WAY Learning Model for a period of six months will demonstrate a statistically significant improvement in both social-emotional skills and academic achievement compared to students who do not participate in the program.
32-channel EEG recording. Students engage with specially designed content while brain activity is recorded, in collaboration with expert neuroscientists.
Academically rigorous tests aligned with grade-level curriculum. Established validity and reliability, administered as proctored, paper-based exams.
Internationally recognized and validated scales measuring empathy, communication, self-confidence, and self-regulation via digital instruments.
International Congress
We aim to share the groundbreaking results of our research with the global community. It would be a great honor for you to join us in this program. Your academic background and professional perspective would bring valuable contributions to the discussions.
